President Ruto reaffirmed Kenya’s commitment to supporting initiatives that address the worsening humanitarian crisis in Sudan, bring an end to hostilities, and steer the country back to the democratic path envisioned by its citizens during the 2019 revolution.

He reiterated Kenya’s position that a military solution is not viable in the Sudanese conflict and urged all parties involved to prioritize the needs and welfare of the Sudanese people.
