Portable Challenges VeryDarkMan to Fight for ₦100 Million: ‘Justice for Mr Jollof’

Nigerian street-pop artist Portable has stirred fresh controversy by openly declaring he is ready to take on social media personality VeryDarkMan (VDM) in a physical fight, but only if ₦100 million is put on the table.

Portable’s challenge comes shortly after VeryDarkMan’s reported altercation with comedian Mr Jollof, an incident Portable claims he considers unfair and intends to avenge.

The ₦100 Million Challenge

In a video shared online, Portable questioned VDM’s reported actions against Mr Jollof and insisted he wants to fight VDM on the comedian’s behalf.

“Yes, I wan fight VeryDarkMan, I wan collect 100 million naira. I hear say he beat Mr Jollof — wetin the man do you wey you beat Mr Jollof? Justice for Mr Jollof. Oya my fans, make dem give me 100m,” he said.

Portable also directly called out socialite Blord, who had previously promised Portable ₦1 million, urging him to bring a much bigger sum this time, noting that Blord also has unresolved issues with VDM.

“Blord wey promise me N1m before, bring your 100m make I beat VDM,” he added.

The singer continued by insisting that the main motivation for the high-stakes fight is VDM’s controversial presence online: “I wan collect 100m naira to beat VeryDarkMan wey dey disturb una life. Make I beat am dey roll for ground,” he said.

Portable’s provocative callout has sparked reactions across social media, adding another volatile layer to the ongoing drama involving him, Mr Jollof, and VeryDarkMan.
