Renowned Harare-based Zimbabwean pastor, Walter Magaya, has been arrested in connection with several reports of rape and fraud, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has confirmed.
According to ZRP in a statement dated November 1, 2025, Pastor Magaya, leader of the Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Church Leader, was “arrested early today by a police track team”.
The statement said “more details will be released in due course.”
