Nicki Minaj has apologised to Cardi B’s daughter, Kulture, after facing criticism for directing offensive remarks at the child during an online feud with her mother.
The Trinidadian-born rapper came under fire after referring to Kulture as “ugly,” a “roach,” and a “monkey” while trading insults with Cardi B. The comments drew widespread condemnation on social media, with many accusing Minaj of crossing a line by targeting a child.
In her statement, Minaj addressed Kulture directly:
“Dear Kulture, truth is: I did all of this for a bigger purpose and one day you’ll understand. You’re a cute child… One day you’ll see this, so I have to say: I apologise… You’re an innocent child & don’t deserve any of this.”
However, the apology also included pointed remarks toward Cardi B and her family, with Minaj suggesting they would one day “be brought to their knees” for their actions against her.
The episode marks the latest escalation in the long-running rivalry between Minaj and Cardi B, which has repeatedly spilled into public confrontations and online clashes.
