Nacee’s viral campaign song for the NDC, “Kwen Kwen,” has made history as the first political campaign track to top the Apple Music Top 100 Ghana chart.
The song climbed 25 spots to claim the No. 1 position as of Monday, December 9, 2024, surpassing popular hits from Davido, Black Sherif and KiDi.
Since the NDC’s victory in the December 7th election, “Kwen Kwen” has become an anthem, dominating airwaves and fueling celebrations nationwide.
Supporters have taken to the streets, enthusiastically jamming to the track as part of their celebrations for John Mahama’s return to power.
