Born Obalase Kehinde, and known by his stage name K-Dollar, this Nigerian Afrobeat/Afropop sensation hails from Akoko North Local Government Area in Ondo State. With a deep-rooted passion for music, K-Dollar officially launched his professional music career in 2022 with the release of his debut EP, One Love One Heart One Destiny.
Though his journey began in 2020, it didn’t take long for K-Dollar to capture attention with his sound. His early hit “Time No Dey”, produced by Dominas Beatz, showcased his blend of rhythm, melody, and lyrical depth — setting the tone for what fans could expect from his artistry.
A graduate of Afe Babalola University and born on October 30, K-Dollar brings both education and raw talent into his creative process. His music, a fusion of Afrobeat, Afropop, and heartfelt storytelling, continues to gain traction across the Nigerian music scene and beyond.
