Leading Woman Forum inspires women’s leadership in corporate Africa

 

Publicis West Africa, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France Ghana, and supported by the Executive Women Network and Alliance, Women in Media Africa, hosted the inaugural “Leading Woman Forum” at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel.

The event celebrated women’s leadership, inspiring women to achieve their full potential. Keynote speaker, Ms. Koo Govender, CEO of Publicis Groupe Africa, shared her corporate journey, overcoming obstacles, and empowering young women.

A dynamic panel discussion featured women leaders from Technology, Finance, Media, and Human Rights, sharing paths to success, challenges, and achievements. They emphasized cultivating a culture of learning, vulnerability, and mutual support.

– Regina Honu (Soronko Academy) on technology and STEM programs promoting women’s leadership
– Antoinette Kwofie (MTN Ghana) on uplifting women to leadership roles
– Vivian Kai Lokko (Citi FM/Citi TV) on confidence and driving change
– Stephany Boateng (International Development Expert) on women taking advantage of leadership opportunities

The event fostered a spirit of learning, vulnerability, and mutual support, inspiring attendees to pursue their career aspirations with confidence and resilience.
