Award-winning Ghanaian singer KiDi experienced a career highlight during his annual “Likor On The Beach” concert on December 22nd. The ‘Touch It’ hitmaker was joined onstage by none other than Ghanaian music legend Kojo Antwi for a surprise duet that thrilled the audience at the Polo Beach Club.
The crowd erupted in cheers as KiDi introduced his childhood idol, Kojo Antwi. Together they performed a beautiful rendition of Antwi’s classic hit ‘Medofo Pa’, a song released years before KiDi was even born. The performance was a moving testament to the power of music to connect generations.
Clearly emotional, KiDi expressed his gratitude to Kojo Antwi for his influence and inspiration. The concert, already a lively affair with KiDi and the Afroharmony Band performing his biggest hits, became an unforgettable night thanks to the unexpected collaboration.
‘Likor On The Beach’ also featured a star-studded lineup of guest performers including Black Sherif, Mr. Eazi, Labianca, Kwabena Kwabena, Fameye, Camidoh, Gyakie, OliveTheBoy, Lasmid, and DSL.
KiDi closed the show by thanking fans for their support and promising an even bigger and better concert next year.
