Nigerian actress Regina Daniels has ignited fresh discussion online after posting a series of pointed messages on Instagram, directly addressing her husband and shedding new light on the escalating tension within their marriage. The posts, shared across her feed and Instagram Stories, have intensified public speculation about the couple’s relationship, especially given her husband’s prominent political role.
In one of her feed posts, which included both a photo and video, Daniels wrote:
“Wearing black; I’m mourning my past. The feet remembers the road long after the map is forgotten.”
The reflective caption suggested emotional turmoil and hinted at unresolved issues between the pair.
However, her subsequent Stories took on a much more direct tone. In one message, she confronted her husband over alleged plans to take on a new wife, stating:
“Just marry a new wife and leave me alone — isn’t that what you said you will do? Use that one to console yourself.”
Daniels then broadened her criticism, referencing his political responsibilities as a senator representing Delta North:
“People of Delta North, your senator has left his responsibilities and focused on small me.”
More accusations followed as she claimed he attempted to shut down her Instagram account, something she suggested had happened before:
“And why exactly are you trying to take my Instagram down? You always wanted it down if it wasn’t promoting you. That’s why you made me deactivate my Instagram the last time.”
Ending the message with a jab, she asked:
“How do I say ‘leave me alone’ in Arab if it’s that one you understand?”
