Police in the US have arrested a woman in her 30s for allegedly carrying out a gun attack on pop singer, Rihanna’s Beverly Hills home.
Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department said they responded to reports of gunfire at 13:15 local time (21:15 GMT) on Sunday.
Police said a suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
A police official told US media outlet, CBS News, that the home targeted belonged to Rihanna and that assault rifle casings were found at the scene.
The Los Angeles Times reported police as saying that no one was injured in the incident. Rihanna was in the mansion at the time.
Police says the suspect fired seven shots before speeding away.
The woman’s vehicle was located about eight miles (12km) away from the singer’s home, where the woman was taken into custody. She has not yet been publicly identified.
