Ghanaian Afro-fusion duo Lali X Lola have officially released their brand-new single today, setting the tone for their annual MX24 “CroxItOut” campaign—a movement utilizing music, mentorship, and action to raise awareness for breast cancer across Ghana.
The powerful new track was written by Lali X Lola and Antoine Mensah, and produced by Rappidd. The release marks a dynamic new chapter for the duo, seamlessly blending their Afro-fusion sound with a compelling message of courage and unity.
Campaign Activation and Impact
The single’s debut immediately precedes Lali X Lola’s extensive breast cancer awareness media tour across Accra, where they will engage audiences through radio, television, and digital platforms to emphasize the critical importance of early detection and treatment.
Since its inception, the “CroxItOut” campaign has made a significant impact, reaching and educating over 21 high schools across Ghana between 2024 and October 2025. This year, under the theme “Beats for the Brave – Turning Up the Volume on Breast Cancer Awareness,” the campaign promises to be the most impactful yet.
“This song is more than music for us – it’s a voice for women, families, and communities. ‘CroxItOut’ represents courage, unity, and action, and we’re proud to be part of this movement.” – Lali X Lola
Grand Finale: The “CroxItOut” Concert
The media sensitization tour and school activations will culminate in the highly anticipated “CroxItOut” concert. The event will be hosted by Lali X Lola and headlined by fellow Ghanaian star, Gyakie.
The concert celebration will feature live performances from some of Ghana’s finest female acts, DJs, and dance groups, alongside a Pink Fair showcasing women-led businesses, and, most importantly, free breast cancer screening for the community.
