An okada (motorbike) rider has been found dead at Kwabenya Comet, a suburb of Accra, the capital of Ghana.
He found with a slit throat.
Residents describe his death as yet another shocking act of violence in the area.
The suspected killing of the okada rider comes months after an immigration officer, Stephen Amoah, was murdered under similar circumstances in the same community—a trend that has heightened fear and insecurity among locals.
According to residents,
the repeated violent crimes have left them terrified and are demanding urgent police intervention to restore law and order.
Police have since launched investigations into the latest incident, though no arrests have been made so far.
