Former Ghanaian President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, and his wife, Rebecca, have commiserated with the family of the late former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings.
Mr. Akufo-Addo and Rebecca were at the residence of the Rawlings family in Accra on Friday, October 24, 2025.
Mrs. Agyeman-Rawlings died at the Ridge Hospital in Accra on Thursday, October 23, 2025, age 76.
Addressing the bereaved family, Mr. Akufo-Addo noted that “This is a woman [Nana Konadu] who served the nation well. She and the husband were my friends. That is why I am here to console the family. May her soul rest in peace.”
