Diddy’s Ex-Girlfriend Cassie Ventura Gives Birth Days After Testifying In His Sex Trafficking Trial

Cassie Ventura, the 38-year-old ex-girlfriend of disgraced American rap mogul, record producer and entrepreneur, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, has given birth to her third child days after testifying against him in his ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering trial.

 

According to TMZ, Cassie welcomed her baby number three with husband, Alex Fine, on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. TMZ cited sources with direct knowledge of Cassie giving birth.

 

Sources said the baby arrived slightly ahead of schedule and that Cassie and her child are healthy and well.

 

Cassie had revealed that she and Fine were expecting a baby boy. They already share daughter Frankie, age five, and Sunny, age four.

 

The ‘Me & U’ singer was believed to eight months pregnant when she started testifying against Diddy in the trial on May 12 this year.

 

Trial

Cassie took the stand for the second time on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 to testify in his sex trafficking trial, saying Diddy used to beat her during his drug-fueled sex parties otherwise known as “freak-offs.”

 

According to Cassie, Diddy even threatened to release videos of her taking part in the sex parties and also said he would ruin her career.

 

She told the New York court that “He [Diddy] would grab me up, push me down, hit me in the side of the head, kick me.”

 

Cassie, a rhythm and blues singer, told jurors in Manhattan Federal Court on the third day of Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial that he was dismissive after she showed him a photo of a gash on her eyebrow that she said he gave her in 2013 by throwing her against a bed frame.

 

According to her, Diddy told her, “You don’t know when to stop. You have pushed it too far and continue to push. Sad.”

 

Cassie went on to the testify that fighting Diddy back sometimes slowed him down but usually made the abuse worse, “It would just make him more violent, make him stronger, make him want to push me harder.”

 

She told the court: “He said that it would ruin everything that I had worked for, that it would make me look like a slut. That I would be shamed,” appealing that “Nobody should do that to anyone.”

 

She testified that for about 10 years, she took part in the sex parties, often fearing that Diddy would become violent if she didn’t.

 

‘I Took Ecstasy, Got Drunk’

 

On Tuesday, May 13, 2025 when she first took the stand to testify, Cassie detailed how she was humiliated on several occasions and had to take ecstasy and get drunk to take part in the sex parties.

 

According to Cassie who is a key witness in the trial, Diddy never cared that freak-offs made her feel “worthless.”
