Released on March 31, 2023, Timeless marked Davido’s triumphant return to music after a brief hiatus. The album garnered widespread acclaim, shattered streaming records, and debuted at No. 10 on the UK Albums Chart, one of the highest entries for an Afrobeats project in the region. Featuring hits like Unavailable with Musa Keys, Feel, and No Competition with Asake, Timeless blends Afropop, Amapiano, and highlife with global influences, showcasing Davido’s versatility and international appeal.
This Silver certification places Davido alongside Nigerian music giants like Burna Boy and Wizkid, who have also earned similar honors in the UK.
