Bullgod Says Ghana’s Creative Industry Rich in Talent but Hampered by Poor Vision and Strategy

Artiste manager and entertainment analyst, Bullgod, has expressed concern over the state of Ghana’s creative industry, noting that although the country is rich in talent and resources, the sector lacks the vision and strategic planning needed to fully harness its potential.

Speaking on The Chat with Ekow Koomson on Channel One TV on Saturday, October 4, during a discussion on Sarkodie’s Rapperholic Homecoming Concert, Bullgod said the entertainment sector’s challenges go beyond talent.

“We have the resources, but we don’t have the mind to use them,” he remarked, stressing that despite the abundance of skilled creatives, the industry continues to struggle due to inadequate planning, weak investment, and insufficient institutional support.

Bullgod urged a collective shift in mindset among industry stakeholders, policymakers, and corporate entities to foster structured growth and long-term sustainability. He emphasized that with proper vision and coordinated strategies, Ghana’s creative industry could become a major force both regionally and globally.
