British-Nigerian boxer, Anthony Joshua, has been involved in a car accident in which two two persons died on the spot in Makun, Ogun State of Nigeria.

Eyewitnesses say the accident occurred on Monday, December 29, 2025 along a busy highway of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

According to reports, the car in which Anthony Joshua was traveling – a Lexus Jeep with the number plate, KRD 850 HN – collided with a stationary truck under circumstances that are still being investigated.

The boxer reportedly sustained minor injuries, while two other people died on the spot.
