21 Savage Brings Holiday Cheer to Atlanta, Honored with “21 Savage Leading By Example Day” in DeKalb County

GRAMMY-winning artist and humanitarian 21 Savage, through his Leading By Example Foundation, hosted his sixth annual holiday toy drive at The Porter Sanford III Performing Arts & Community Center in DeKalb County, Atlanta. The event, held in partnership with DeKalb County officials, spread joy to over 1,000 families and children by distributing more than 3,000 toys, clothes, bikes, food, and other Christmas gifts.

The celebration reached new heights as Congressman Hank Johnson and Commissioner Mereda Davis Johnson honored 21 Savage with four proclamations and two community action awards. Among these accolades, December 21st was officially declared “21 Savage Leading By Example Day” in DeKalb County, recognizing the artist’s unwavering commitment to social impact.

This holiday effort follows the foundation’s successful August “issa back to school drive,” which introduced the Leading By Example Social Impact Village in collaboration with Amazon Access. The event featured prominent Atlanta nonprofits and launched a free financial literacy toolkit, Master Your Money Financial Success 101 Guide With 21 Savage, now accessible to over 3,000 students.

Since 2018, 21 Savage has spearheaded financial literacy initiatives through his “21 Savage Bank Account” campaign, educating over 1,000 students, securing job placements, and offering virtual financial education nationwide.

With each act of service, 21 Savage reinforces his legacy of advocacy and philanthropy, proving that his impact extends far beyond the music industry.
