A surprising revelation has emerged about the Simi production role of Adekunle Gold’s first album, Gold.
A keen-eyed fan noticed a detail in an Instagram post by the singer. Adekunle Gold recently shared the album art on his Instagram page. He was doing this to thank his fans. He also used it to share a token of gratitude to Olamide for welcoming him into the YBNL family. It was in this that fans discovered a notation stating, “All tracks mixed and mastered by Simi except track 16.”
The disclosure has ignited a wave of admiration for Simi, who is not only a talented singer but also a skilled music producer. Having contributed to 15 out of the album’s 16 tracks, her role in shaping the sound of Gold is undeniable.
