It’s more than just a collection of recipes – it’s a story of culture, diversity, and the flavours that define our beautiful continent. You will find everything from the fiery jollof rice of West Africa to the fragrant tagines of North Africa, the comforting curries of East Africa, and the smoky grills of Southern Africa. I’ve included not only traditional dishes but also modern twists and fusion recipes that reflect Africa’s evolving culinary landscape.”
